Refund & Return Policy
We want you to feel good about every order from Stoic Reading Room. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include any original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. If we made a mistake, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@stoicreadingroom.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond with next steps and return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable in the product description. These cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or another solution.
